Event locations are always a special attraction when they can tell an exciting story. With the special event location "Motorworld Manufaktur" in Berlin, such a location is currently being built. The venue will be suitable for meetings and events in a class of its own. Many people are not only fascinated by technology, design and stylish vehicles, but also by the history of seafaring. In Berlin, it will soon be possible to combine all facets of these passions. An extraordinary event hall, new experience areas and a design hotel made of real sea containers – this dream will soon come true.
'Creating special venues that moves' – that is the credo of the MOTORWORLD Group. The TITANIC Hotel Group seamlessly follows this credo by building a new design hotel on the roof (!) of the Motorworld Manufaktur Berlin. 77 real sea containers will be placed here as design hotel rooms, many of them with a direct view of Lake Spandau. The "high-cubes", which are over 12 meters long, combine comfort with adventure. Each of the sea containers, up to 27 m² in size, is finished with high-quality materials in a modern design, but still carries its adventurous years on the world’s oceans.
The Motorworld Manufaktur Berlin is located in Berlin’s Spandau district on a peninsula directly on the green banks of the Havel River. The site is located between the historic Citadel Berlin and the BMW motorcycle plant. The first construction phase has already been completed and combines the charm of the remaining historic industrial buildings with the functionality of customized brand locations. Four new buildings have already been occupied, and five more are being built on the total site of over 40,000 square meters, including the new container hotel by Titanic Hotels, as well as an extraordinary event hall. Completion of the project is scheduled for summer 2025. The overall concept also includes 19 serviced apartments, ranging in size from 31 to 47 sqm.
