The oldest team of four in the 2022 Opel Run, 263 years (in total), had a thoroughly charming name. The team, which called itself the "Old Sweaty Feet," was rewarded with enthusiastic applause by the event attendees. After a two-year Corona pause, the run came back yesterday, September 8, with around 1,000 participants, including 670 Opel and Stellantis employees.
The popular sports event in the Rüsselsheim region was a complete success – also because so many participants have proven absolute team spirit. The members of Opel Top Management showed itself to be exemplary – and Jürgen Klopp, Opel brand ambassador, was somehow also part of the action.
